Butterfly Conservation Lecture
Thu 18th February 2010, Ulster Museum
The Northern Ireland Branch of Butterfly Conservation invite you to a talk by Dr Tom Prescott (Species Conservation Officer for Scotland). The talk will be about the work done in Scotland for the Marsh Fritillary and a few other important butterflies and moths.
Tom has spent a considerable part of the last year investigating how climate change is affecting mountain butterflies and has extensive knowledge of fieldwork in remote places and encouraging volunteers. This is likely to be a very interesting and informative talk from someone on the front line of butterfly conservation.
